JPMTG maintains a data protection and privacy framework addressing corporate information, intellectual property, confidential business information and personal data across its relevant U.S. and Swiss activities.

SWISS–U.S. DATA PRIVACY FRAMEWORK

The Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework provides a mechanism for participating organizations to transfer personal data from Switzerland to the United States in accordance with the applicable framework requirements.

The framework operates in the context of U.S. federal safeguards, including measures established under Executive Order 14086.
